LotsALoot 5 Reel
The wombat says: This marsupial couldn’t wait to get a crack at Microgaming’s Lotsaloot 5 Reel slot. This is an older release that doesn’t come with the bells and whistles of millions of extra features (it’s in the same era as the Cash Clams slot game), but it does have one rather big and exciting difference; this is a game this isn’t your usual 3-reel slot; this one comes with 2 whole extra reels of fun- after all who doesn’t feel like trading up to get a little more action and more hard cash?
This is also a progressive slot which means that there’s a lot of wonga up for grabs if you’re just the lucky soul to unlock this great big pot of dosh. I couldn’t wait to warm up these reel-rolling paws and starting making some serious money!
The design is pretty Old Skool though- or should we say classic? It does seem dated when we compare it to newer games like the Birdz slot, but it’s still great fun to play and hey, you can go after that juicy jackpot.
This is a game bathed in the glowing colours of the rainbow which give Lotsaloot a bright and cheerful vibe.
The slot icons are made up of that infamous combination of everyone’s favourite lucky Irish theming and a twist on a classic fruity machine.
The reels are set against a plain blue background and within a rainbow bright frame of colours. The icons themselves are easy on the eye in a well laid out clean white setting. This slot comes with an Autoplay function if you like to move your slot play up tempo without having to up your effort levels, or if you’re looking for a chilled out whirl of the reels.
Lotsloot 5 Reel slot has 5 reels, 3 rows, 25 pay lines and a nice chunky progressive jackpot like the Fruit Fiesta 3 Reel slot machine (but the jackpot doesn’t reach the heights of Mega Moolah).
The game’s icons have an authentic look from the pub machines of old, mixed with a sprinkle of Irish charm and include: a huge pot of golden coins (probably found a the end of the rainbow) as the highest value symbols on the reels, then the classic lucky 7 icon, the familiar Bar icon in rainbow colours, and a leprechauns’s favourite, the 4-leaf clover. Meanwhile, the lower value symbols are made up of the usual J, Q, K & A playing cards, and the game’s Wild is the Lotsaloot game logo.
As we mentioned, this is a game which doesn’t have a Scatter or an Free Spins, mode but it does comes with massive potential winnings. If you can snare 5x of the Wilds across the reels then you’re going to have a whole load of moolah in your Wombat wallet as there’s a payout of 10,000 coins up for grabs.
And if Lady Luck really loves you, then you could win very big indeed, but you’ll need to make sure you are betting the maximum amount playing with the maximum number of paylines – as the jackpot can only be won on the 25th payline. Land five Lotsaloot wild symbols on the 25th payline and the jackpot is yours!
Microgaming has brought another goodie home to roost with enough hyperactive rainbow joy to fuel the player all the way to that jackpot. This is a tasty treat for the slot player who wants to sample the delectable other world of the five-reel slots and all the extra winnings this little twist can bring. It gets our furry seal of approval!
