Game Play
Retro Reels: Diamond Glitz is a 5-reel slot with 3 rows and 20 paylines. The symbols on your reels are all inspired by those classic slots and are made up of cherries, bling bling diamonds, dollar signs, lucky red sevens, bar symbols and silver bells.
Sadly there’s no Wild symbol in Retro Reels, but it does have a Scatter Symbol which is the 5 Spin icon. Diamond Geezer! Land 2x or more of these sparkling Scatters anywhere on the reels and you’ll scoop a healthy cash prize. But, if you manage to land 3x or more of them, you’ll trigger the Free Spins round. Here, you’ll get a minimum of 5 Free Spins, plus all your wins will get a 2x multiplier.
The number of spins you’ll actually be given depends on how many Scatters you landed to activate the bonus round in the first place. Basically it’s 5 free spins for each symbol, so:
3x Scatters = 15 free spins
4x Scatters = 20 free spins
5x Scatters = 25 free spins
The free spins can be also be re-triggered in the feature.
The Re-spin feature
Here’s where the money is! Under each reel after a spin you’ll see the Re-spin button. This beauty will give you the chance to respin any of the reels for more winnings combo. The cost of each re-spin is displayed below each reel, and how much you’ll pay depends on the likelihood of you landing a symbol that will end up as part of of said win. So, the more valuable combination you might scoop after the respin, the more of your winnings you’ll have to front.
If you’ve landed 2x Red 7s on a payline, you can re-spin to try to get a third one. Or, if you have got 3x of the Two Diamond symbols, you can re-spin to try and scoop a 4th, giving you a 4x Two Diamond Combo (which will pay out much more).
