Look and Feel

Microgaming make all sort of casino games like Jacks or Better video poker, roulette and blackjack but here they have tried to create a replica of a Las Vegas slot machine, and they’ve done a decent job. Here you will meet the courageous castronaut who fancies exploring outer space in search of extraterrestrial fish and fresh milk. Game Play

Cosmic Cat has 3 reels and just the one pay-line. These old fashioned reels spin on a weird drum-like thingy in the top left hand corner. Underneath the reels, you’ll also find our feline friend in front of the Cosmic Cat logo who is sporting a galaxy on his shoulder. As you do.

There are only 3 symbols on your reels and they are made up of the intrepid Cosmic Cat himself, traditional slot machine single/double/triple bars and a cheeky-looking mouse. Three mixed bars on the pay-line will pay you out some moolah, while the moggy symbol also acts as the Wild symbol in this slot – which means he’ll substitute for all of the other symbols to help you scoop more wins.

But this generous little space kitty has another function too, Wombat Fans. If you land x1 or x2 of the cats anywhere on the pay-line you will scoop either 2x or 5x your initial bet respectively. Cheers Microgaming!

How It Works

The first thing to do is set your wager level by using the ‘+’ and ‘-‘ buttons on the menu bar at the bottom; now you can decide the bet level by using the ‘Bet One’ or ‘Bet Max’ buttons. This essentially doubles your bet and the prizes available as you can see from the pay-table. This means the biggest coin prize available is 1000x for the three cats on the pay-line. Meow!

Cosmic Cat Bonus Features

Sadly for us Wombat Fans, this game doesn’t have any bonus round or extra features which is still slightly disappointing for those of us who liked the theme and were hoping for at least a Scatter symbol or Gamble Feature! It certainly gives us paws for thought. Ba dum tish.
